Barrett played Frederic in PIRATES! at the Paper Mill Playhouse. This hilarious new version of Gilbert and Sullivan's "The Pirates of Penzance" boasts updated book and lyrics by (2007 Tony Nominee!) LEGALLY BLONDE's Nell Benjamin. Gordon Greenberg directs this sexy, swashbuckling adaptation. (Think more "Pirates of the Caribbean" and less "Pirates of Penzance.") John McDaniel (of "The Rosie O'Donnell Show") has re-orchestrated the classic comic operetta to incorporate more of a musical theatre sound with some Caribbean island rhythms thrown in.

Also starring are Andrew Varela as the Pirate King, Ed Dixon as Major General Stanley, Farah Alvin as Mabel, Gerry McIntyre as the Sergeant, and Liz McCartney as Ruth.
